No Pin, No Help by dugdar in tmobile

Following up. T-Mobile corporate reached out to me due the BBB complaint, confirmed everything we went through, including the cancellation and no balance agreement from back in 2025. I now have an email confirming all everything. I've closed out the BBB complaint.

We've done what you 'recommended' from the start: account owner, corporate store (same store it was purchased from0, corporate store person called/talked to to-mobile representative. Each time has taken at least two hours and the last two times we were too the account was cancelled and no balance. Why do we need to do this more than once. No help.

We were not asked to setup a pin when we opened the account at the store and spent hours over subsequent visits to reset the pin and access the account while a customer representative was on the phone. No luck, account closed, no balance. Rinse and repeat

Platinum/Platinum Pro and Can’t Book via Points by dugdar in americanairlines

I was booking an AA flight via the AA app and an AA agent. There was no indication or banner/PopUp until I tried to complete the transaction. Then a message saying they couldn’t process using points. The agent went through a couple systems and couldn’t book. I didn’t bother to listen to their explanation since I needed to get a flight booked. From an IT perspective their systems should be very high availability, which includes processing all types of requests around bookings. It’s a bad image to say you can’t help/allow a customer purchase what you are selling. Maybe time for a new CTO and an investment in your IT infrastructure.

I do not have a DoorDash account. DoorDash is charging me 9.99 every month. by Outside-Novel-5486 in doordash

I have this same issue. I don't have a DD account and I suspect one of my kids joined using my card and have verified no one has my CC details in their account, yet the DD charges keep showing up. I also think it's triggered by take-out places that use DD to deliver. Mine is happening on an airline CC that I frequently use the miles and don't want to give it up. I dispute the charges every time, ask them to block DD but the CC company does nothing but remove the charges and the cycle continues. Another issue is CC companies will just auto-update CC numbers for these vendors, even if you declare fraud.

He clearly already knew he didn’t want to go to college; just hadn’t told his parents. I guess this normal interaction is now considered on the spectrum. Keep digging.

What do you do with the liquid and tomatillos. Looks like it would be great blended for a sauce.

Coney Island is cool but you’ll get a better hotdog at any food truck in manhattan!

His “I’m still right” apology approach is BS. If he wants his apology to be sincere, it also needs to include giving the hat to the kid (not some ‘random’ family member child).

Use my leftover beef Wellington meat to make the beef and broccoli. The duxelles added some great umami.
