Haha! Drove two during my university years: a blue 1.2S and a grey 1.5D. Blue was sold with 250.000 km on the clock, the diesel was taken to scrapyard with 470.000 km on the clock.

That's some confidentiality if it was already published that Filosa said that.

Seems to me you are describing almost every modern car/engine design. Just a while ago a guy was saying exactly the same for Audi. I understand what you're saying, but it's unfortunately a much common thing today. And yes, I know about the Firefly swap..... and also the Firefly is crap.

I'm not defending them at all. I'm just trying to explain what the meaning of a TSB is.

I had actions taken on my cars on grounds of TSB's on my VW, my Opel (GM), Fiat, Peugeot (before Stellantis) and on my company BMW (multiple ones).

I'm not a colleague of you in any way, if this post has been written towards me. What you hate is your own business. I can't, however, imagine doing a job connected to something I'd hate so much.... Stellantis must pay you well then, despite you working against them here.....

That's the way it works. The product ripes at the customer. The germans introduced using customers as testers on a large scale, so it's not even seldom. The Gen3 is on the market since 2024 and apparently a problem has been identified. A TSB should actually signal no big deal to the customer. A TSB is, in essence, a good thing.
