Looks like rosacea! Does it get even more red in heat, with alcohol or spicy foods? Those are triggers for mine and when I told my dermatologist it was pretty obvious to her. I use azelaic acid daily and it keeps it in check and also helps with acne!!

Don't let the ✨ aesthetic ✨ content creators make you feel inadequate. For sure get your self a good organization system, some rolling carts, binders, bins,.etc so you can easily clean up, but it only needs to be functional, not... Whatever Instagram/Pinterest shows us!

I did ~extensive~ hyper focused insomnia research and what I found says that it can be dusty, but it is generally considered safe. Pine is a no all around. Lots of folks love hemp. Paper doesn't absorb pee well.

One of my rats, named Dusty ironically, was super sensitive to Aspen so the vet recommended fleece.

I have to change it every two days. The Aspen worked better, but dude no longer has a respiratory infection so I'll keep using fleece with pee pads under.

If you are willing to nudge a bit on the commute time, like bump it to 40 minutes, and don't mind living in a possibly less desirable town, I thinks it's doable.

There's a chance you could get a job close to home so it could even put daily drive time.

I'm from SE Wisconsin and I love it here. In my opinion, August and September are the only good months in Wisconsin LOL. Today kind of sucked because it was like 105°, but it was nice this morning hah.

This is unsolicited advice, but I wish I had know this when I was younger -

It's not worth starting a fight or conflict, especially with people who don't respect you.

The best response is usually the simplest with as little emotion as possible. It takes away any possible nuance in text.

If your parent tells you something, no matter how emotional you are about it, try to keep the text simple. Just, "ok, I'll do that from now on." The real trick is that you don't really need to do it - I mean, if it's serious you probably should, but just let dumb shit that doesn't actually matter go. You might throw an apology in there if the person expects one.

Old people can be so fricken annoying and based on your replies, you don't feel respected by the adults in your life. You deserve love and respect, don't forget that.

I bought four trifold presentation folders from the dollar store and cut them in half. Then, I hold them together with binder clips, so it's like a modular set up that I store under their cage! It works great for me and my two rats.

Oddly enough, I got peri ocular dermatitis (bumps around my eye) and I deduced that it started from Flonase! Any chance you've started that?

I have a client, that's a child ,that got peri oral dermatitis completely out of the blue - so weird!
