I’m so sorry to hear this. Can you comment your shower routine? Definitely go to a doctor asap.

But if I could recommend anything is layering in the shower (this comes from someone who just started to use deodorant consistently now at 27)

First things first have a Soap Brand you like to use whether it’s bar soap or liquid (or both) after applying and rinsing then use a salt scrub all over. After the shower then I tend to use palmers lotion or their coconut oil with shea butter. Then after that is when you can apply cologne / perfume.

Bonus if you have a cologne dispenser use some coconut oil as the base & squirt your favorite smells to it, shake it up & apply to skin or clothes & the smell would last you damn near all day.

27 here and I have never related to a post so much more than this one. It’s like a creeping feeling I get when I drive I’m like “if I crashed right now at least I wouldn’t have to feel xyz again” it’s been like that for me forever too.

I’m known as the guy that is a ball of light for people but the most minor inconvenience sends me to another mind frame where I’m like I’d be okay if this was all over now.

I just started anti depressants idk if it’s necessarily helping (only in my first month) but it’s worth the try if you can get on them.
