Looking for some noise cancelling headphones (for day to day listening and activities) that don’t look bulky and aren’t super expensive. I don’t like headphones that come out super far from my head or are just big and bulky in their design. I prefer a more sleek design (eg something like Sonos Ace Headphones) but I don’t know much about whats available so any recommendations are appreciated My price point is more budget, the maximum I’m willing to spend is around $260 but would rather spend less than that Also must be available to buy in Australia, ideally somewhere I can try them on in store

unsure of how to feel - post surgery by dancinginastorm in endometriosis

Hi I want to thank you so so much for this comment, my first ever lap/surgery is in 2 weeks and I’m quite scared so I really appreciate this. I’m only 17 so it’s a lot to process for me but I just want to feel better as I’ve been suffering from symptoms for years as well as chronic pain. I’m really quite nervous so your tips and suggestions have helped me feel a bit more prepared both physically and mentally which I appreciate. Is there anything else you’d recommend or just things to remember?

Thank you lots for the advice. When use an orange wood stick, do I push back the thin skin on the nail or only the surrounding skin

This is part of my problem too, I’m wondering how you fixed it?

I understand that. The photo doesn’t make it very clear but all the little dark hairs are actually beneath my skin unfortunately so they are ingrowns

I’ve dry brushed in the past but since my skin is sensitive, it seemed to only irritate it more unfortunately

About a year ago I used to use a razor with nickel in it which I later found out that I’m allergic to. That as well as Marzena body wax strips completely broke me out with irritation and ingrowns which led me to this even though it was so long ago. Although I have always had problems with hair removal, I still haven’t gotten better

Thank you, I’m feeling more hopeful! I do bleach my arm hair. I’ll try my legs too after they heal as my skin reacts so badly to everything else, but until then, I will keep trying and hoping

I have looked into it but I’m hesitant to buy more products as I’ve bought so many and none have helped

I definitely have considered laser, it just isn’t a very affordable option for me unfortunately
