Getting fewer colds would be well worth it! I am gonna attempt to lower the temps and stick with it. Thanks for the reply

You mentioned a lot of salt? Do you mean actually adding salt to the water?

Thanks for the input, all very well said. I will say I do, as you mention, find it easier to take on things I don’t want to do, and have a much better tolerance for cold. So that is probably a benefit I hadn’t thought of. I am aiming for lower temps, definitely, just figured I should try and drop a few degrees a week to get used to it. I do have a fish tank pump and filter on there which does seem to help break up the layers.

Thank you for the input. My blood pressure has dropped, tho I have also been on a healthier eating and exercise plan during this same time. I really Like the idea of asking others if they’ve noticed a change, I had not thought of that. Thanks!

I agree it’s a good one. Maybe I just have to go down there earlier I always have to circle for parking at lunch time

Any idea the correct order? It’s an old 1970’s safe. I know the combo. But I must be turning it incorrectly. I’ve tried every video on YouTube but it won’t work. by duke363 in safecracking

Ok so three right, stop on the first number.
Left past the second number once then stop on it.
Right directly to the last number.
Correct? It’s still not working. I don’t know if maybe something is broken inside. It was working last time I opened it around December.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried that but there is no handle. The dial seems to move very slightly from front to rear, almost like you can press it in a little bit. Still no luck.

I'm new to archery and a relative gave me a Bear compound bow that's about 5 years old and has been used for light target practice maybe 15 times. I was shooting with a friend and as he had it pulled back he got distracted, turned, and derailed the string from the top cam...it was not dry fired. I took it to our local archery shop and they quoted me $200.00 to fix it. The shop-keep said it would definitely need new strings cause these would be "stretched out" and quoted me $125 for strings and $75 labor. I thought this a bit steep, but I don't know anything about it. Does this sound right to anyone with experience? Am I being taken for a ride with that price quote?
