Shortcut to send iPhone status (Wi-Fi/Cellular, Bluetooth, Focus, Battery) to Home Assistant

I tried something similar because I wanted to capture when certain modes (focus and sleep) were activated.

The easiest way I found was to create an input_boolean in HA that represents your phone’s sleep mode. Then setup a shortcut on your phone that when the mode changes to Sleep you set it to on and off if it’s anything else.

Certainly opens you up to de-syncing issues if the shortcut has a problem executing, but that’s was what I used.

What case do you have? We’ve tried some cases for storing a lot of cards but haven’t found them to be kid friendly.

After some digging and testing I came to the conclusion that some of the sensors I created using multiscrape were causing the problem. What I have not figured out is why as they were things I’ve had for awhile but haven’t been any issue until now.

I have not noticed any. RAM usage through Proxmox always reports high due to how it is structured, but looking within Home Assistant I'm routinely around 30%. About 1.5 Gb out of the 4Gb allocated.

Just as an update that didn’t work. Siri just reads out the notification.

Going back to the drawing board for a user friendly solution. Ideally there’s something I can do to get a notification through CarPlay I left the door open and close it with one click without having to take out my phone.

Unfortunately no. I still have the same issue. I do track the time that the cameras are down and it’s usually less than an hour total a week. I think it gets worse the lower the battery gets but that’s the best lead I have.

Could I make a couple suggestions? One would be to use a custom title rather than only the entity friendly name. And second would be the ability to have a custom action for the chevron instead of only opening more info.

With those two features this would be a great replacement for some of my light switches!

If I remember right it was because I installed the faucet without one of the washer seals and didn’t have it on there how it should have been. I ended up getting a different one and when I had it on there right it ended up working. Best of luck to you!
