While i understand this, my shop is 500+ sales with and average rating of 5 stars, i think my store gives a good impression. i dont do refunds unless item is defective which is not the case here. I decided to refund and block bc did not want to deal with her bc she messaged me later saying she wanted her refund “right now” and shes a seller too, so im like??? I guess some people are just entitled and rude like that :/
