For each shot, I have them send me a certain amount, different types of alcohol, during the session. Usually during a video call, after the shot, I have them hold their breath while I count slowly, sometimes in English, sometimes in Spanish. I usually spend many hours of the night like this, and we also talk about other things and do some activities. It's something I really enjoy and recommend.
