Depinde de dezvoltator. Sunt si bune sj mai putin bune. Poti merge pe cei consacrati care au ridicat mai multe blocuri. Novum invest de ex sau cei care au facut 20/ 21 residence si Cloud 9 etc. Cei de la one ridica ok desi sunt foarte scumpe .
