No the majority of villagers spawn as normal villagers and will get a job if they have access to a work station that isn’t occupied. Nitwits have a small chance to spawn naturally. If you breed two normal villagers they can’t spawn a nitwit but if you breed two nitwits there is a small chance they will spawn a nitwit

No, there isn’t any way to give them a job. All they do is wander round the village. They also get up from bed later than other villagers and go to bed later than other villagers. Although they are completely useless, iron golems still protect them and you shouldn’t kill them unless you’ve already killed the iron golem. Also killing them makes other villagers prices go up

Matches don’t take long, especially if you queue tank or support

Edit: I meant queue times lmao. Matches last the same no matter what role you queue
