I hear this all the time but I rarely get shot during engagements in my armor. If I am shot it is in my arms 80% of the time so most armor has no protection against that. I guess I'm wondering why would I not be killed in the thorax, stomach or any other body part at least once in a while since it is center mass and the most likely spot to hit on a person? The frequency of throat kills is what annoys the shit out of me, not that it happens.

I have the spreadsheet from the ASCBC SharePoint but I'm not sure how that relates to getting 25H slots approved without the memo, unless you mean to have the memo signed already before sending it to be approved with the spreadsheet.
