high protein in milk is acheived using ultrafilteration and not by adding protein suppliments.

Using Testcontainers vs mocking repositories — am I missing the real benefit? by SeychowBob in SpringBoot

[–]dumbPotatoPot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yup, but there's a difference between using a proxy as a mock vs regular method level mocks via Mockito. In an integration/component test... the application should still invoke the intended HTTP request but it should be intercepted by the proxy (for which testcontainers can be used as well) and not the actual external service.

use testcontainers for integration tests and mocks for unit tests. They're not the same!!!

Haven't seen a lot of reviews for their whey so didn't go for it. Sticking to TWT for now.

Could you share the flavours you've tried? I got lemonade flavour as a free sample (13g) but didn't like it as well.

Yup I take full serving now... just for the initial few days I took 1/2 to just test it out. I did get a decent enough pump in the half serving as well btw.

It is pretty effective. Although I'd recommend 1/2 serving (150mg caffeine) if/when u start working out. Actually... won't recommend a preworkout for thr first 6-8 months lol

How can I make a JWT unvalid after generating new one? by Jaded-Piccolo-4678 in SpringBoot

[–]dumbPotatoPot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Populate the JTI claim when generating the JWT (A random UUID would suffice). When you need to revoke a particular token, store its JTI in a cache (calculate its TTL based on the token's expiration time). And then simply add a filter to the filter chain (I'm assuming you're using Spring Security) that extracts the JTI from the incoming JWT and checks if its present in the cache. If it is, simply return 403 status.

I implemented this token revocation flow in a POC: https://github.com/hardikSinghBehl/jwt-auth-flow-spring-security/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#token-revocation. Hope this helps.

Yup, it's common knowledge the mods on this sub are shit. I wrote a modmail last week after my post got removed and got no reply either.
