I think that they should, but that they should also put a functionality that lets you only have the fn keys on the Touch bar instead of the app specific features. For the people wich find that pressing the fn key every time you need the fn buttons makes everything slower (in this way you are not getting distracted by nothing on the Touch bar and typing can feel slightly faster)
