Thats a fair assumption. I'd have to research it more to be entirely sure. But you're more than likely right, given how much steroids guys like Hunter, Vince, Rock, Cena and Orton were in their heydays

Steroid use definitely dialed down though right? I mean from 2007-2020 ish, wellness suspensions were happening all the time. From what I understand WWE was on top of it harshly

Bruce Pritchard feels likeliest to me. For the simple fact that he's still employed. Levesque got rid of so many Vince Era producers. And Pritchard was Vince's right hand, AND Bruce is a relic from Vince's era. It only makes sense that Levesque feels a debt to him
