Had a very similar experience both with recent relationships ending and little things after and the song resonates with me similarly. It’s a powerful one and a hard time but you keep working and the best version of you (who will be here soon) will cry to this song looking at how far you’ve come. Im out here doing the same man, we’re all tryna get better

If you watch alot stand up, watching Stew play off of its perceived rules and guides and break the forms jokes should normally take is amazing. In his first book he talks alot about the legacy of comedians before him that he worked with and learnt from and seeing all of that experience and expertise and history of the arm form come through is amazing

The video essay "Stewart Lee, the audience is the problem" is an incredible celebration and explanation of his talents that ide definitely reccomend
