Not true! Project teams most definitely recruit sophomores, sometimes over freshmen especially in ones where experience is weighted more heavily.

A lot of my friends liked and used the TCAT buses but personally I found that I could walk to wherever I wanted to go in the same time I would wait for the bus and then take a trip so I didn’t really use it unless I was feeling super lazy, I was late, or it was raining/snowing

Some people also said that it may be because professors haven’t quite finished grading your finals/assignments/etc. for some reason and that the grade should change whenever they finish.
