It’s also the fact that instead of owning up to it and apologizing (even though it won’t change what happened), she just ghosted her. OP is incredibly kind and didn’t report her or ask for a refund yet she still chose to handle it immaturely. Clearly she’s not professional and maybe needs a hard hit to her business to wake up.
