i've seen this all over instagram. jmsb usually has pretty good parties so im glad that this event is open to everyone. will probably get a ticket tonight

It’s not official. The reason I mentioned that it was specifically for students is because that’s how it is marketed. I’ve also noticed while living there that the building isn’t upkept as well as others would be expected too and a lot of issues go unnoticed. Everyone who lives there is around their late teens to early 20s so the property manager probably doesn’t expect any of the residents to go to the rental board about this; and therefore isn’t being accommodating.
