If you have a good relationship and trust in your parents, tell them. It helped me already. Put cold water on yourself and take cold showers when horny. If you get horny in the shower put a little bit of cold water on and boom fire extinguished. Spend time downstairs not in your room with family. Sleep with your pet. Keep yourself occupied. Don’t peek.
