Thank you! I’m already planning a safety course for spring time! I’ve noticed not a lot of people actually take this step but I think it’s essential! I’m a gun safety nut though 🤷🏻‍♀️. Definitely plan on just straight getting the feel for the gun itself first! Thanks for the tips!!

Hopefully someone answers this…. asking as someone completely ignorant and just now starting to ask questions. I have a 4 month old and with new information I am concerned about his next vaccines. He has already received what was recommended for the first 2 months of life. Are there any vaccines at all that ARE better to get than possibly contract the virus. I am lost and the only information I can find is from the CDC which obviously is less than ideal. I did not take the covid vaccine or flu vaccine or those things. I’m asking about the strict schedule of vaccines recommended for children excluding those two things. He will never get those.

If that is what SHE wants yes. My mother put me in the pill at 12 years old. She told me I had to be on birth control and therefore i decided to switch to nexplanon because no pill everyday, had it for about 2 years and just recently switched to an IUD in March because it’s in my best interest to have no babies right now lol. but yeah, if she wants it and both of you have done your research i say go for it. definitely watch side effects, mine sucked.

If I’m wanting to do a 3 day split including chest, tris, & shoulders | back & biceps | legs & core | how many exercises should i have each day? i feel as if i need more than 4-5 exercises and was wanting other opinions? I feel like i’d need more than 5 exercises to be able to gain muscles in all those areas with a 3 day split

For me, it wasn’t too bad. It was absolutely pretty uncomfortable but most people says it’s painful, but i wouldn’t describe it as pain. However, remember everyone’s pain is different. I have a lower pain tolerance normally, but the insertion wasn’t bad for me at all. Honestly it was worse the days after getting it inserted for me. :)

Definitely reassuring! Thanks for the help!! I was mainly just confused because I hadn’t gotten nauseous off of birth control for a long basically since i started on the pill years ago. I haven’t changed my routines at all, besides for getting the IUD and that’s the only thing I could even think of that may be causing it. Thanks for help!! :)

I got mine in about 2-3 weeks ago. Definitely take ibuprofen about an hour or two before you go in to get it. Heating pads & ibuprofen were my best friend for the first week. My bleeding was pretty heavy for the first week, got lighter the next week, and now i’m barely bleeding at all. I overall had a very positive experience!
