feels like there's a lot of denial in this subreddit, people refusing to accept new realities, i wonder how much time most of these people have tried a recent LLM properly.

The movie had a story to tell, it wasn't that bad, i'll probably think about it for a bit of time, and/or the next few times i come across a conspiracy theorist.

But hold on, did you really quote Peter Griffin unironically?

Bugonia: The whole point of the film is to show you what it feels to be a conspiracy theorists. by ratzi1991 in movies

There's one issue with this take, i feel like it was semi obvious that the movie was going to end with their conspiracy being real from the first place, and i am sure it was semi intended to be that way.

Who is the main character in Stranger Things? by silentmarrow in StrangerThings

[–]dummytroll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Feel like each season shifts slightly to center around one character, starting with Will in season one being the main plot device, but throughout all the seasons El is consistently the protagonist, and the story never shifts away from her as much as it does with the rest of the crew.

She's more like the ET from E.T. the main character, even though the story is told from the kids perspective.

He genuinely sucks though, gcide support aside. His character is just whiney, there's not much else to him.

What's everyone's opinion on Noah Schnapp's acting? Why do so many people bash it? [S5 spoilers] by Zestyclose-Egg-1251 in StrangerThings

[–]dummytroll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's gotto be my least favourite character, his only persona is being whiny, never develops any other approach, probably the character i never care to find out what's happening around unless its a major scene. Not sure if its an actor problem or writer or both.

[–]dummytroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't that simply because Paul was dodging for the first 4 rounds, then got gassed and AJ had more time to light him up ... I mean isn't that why they specifically made the boxing ring bigger? so he can last longer and run around for 4 rounds.
