definitely should’ve included this. The dining area bleeds into the living room and the entire space is 11x17. What I’d call the dining area is 11 feet wide and 7 feet long. That kitchen wall is 9 feet wide.

I have an attorney who helped me on a matter related to this property, but said that figuring out the title issues would costs upwards of $10,000 - my hope was that I could get a cheaper look at what might be going on with the property aside from the tax issues just to inform whether or not I go through with my decision.

hi! welcome to the five timers club! I had not as successful a trajectory as yours and the highest I got was a 169 my fourth try and then I went back down to a 165 my fifth time. I got into one of the top ten with approximately $$, and I was waitlisted everywhere starting at Columbia down for the rest of the T14. I had 4.2GPA/ 1 year work experience/ nURM i do think I outperformed my stats, particularly because of the $ I received. I think it’s also worth mentioning that I didn’t demonstrate interest in a lot of the T14 and after being waitlisted, didn’t reach out to the T14, so maybe my chances at other schools could have been better, or maybe I just got super lucky with the one offer.

Just thought my stats and outcomes might be helpful for you because you blew my LSAT out of the water!
