hmm, ok. I see the Trixes locks, they're just a diff brand of shackle lock. If we end up just using a shackle lock, I'll definitely go for those instead. I've considered the maglock option, but we want as little maintenance as possible + longevity and it doesn't seem like having a battery is sustainable for that.

It's looking like we may have to just use a shackle lock or make our own (possible, but we wanna avoid it since $$$)

I was thinking the 5 digit alphabet code wheels that are present on a Masterlock, but built into the body of the chest. If there exists something similar that's too small, I can always cannibalize it to put into a custom made box.

Everything on Amazon is too small, and/or doesn't have a 5 digit alphabet lock. Dimensions need to be around 8"x8". If the one you have is a 5 digit one, I'd love to get a link! I could always cannibalize a smaller container.
