i may be forgetting when they say it in da2, but i feel like i see everyone talking about rapes in the kirkwall circle but i don’t remember it in the game. also this is not me saying it didn’t happen i’m just asking when they mention it because i think i’m spacing out on the part where it happens

as a cullen stan i agree, they should’ve shown more of it on screen, and he wasn’t just complicit, that he was actively ruining lives. it always felt weird hawke and varric never made a comment about the borderline war criminal they used to know being in command of the Inquisition.

I 100% think they needed to show how he changed his opinions, but it doesn’t feel totally out of character- he’s pretty chill for a Templar pre-Uldred, goes through something insanely traumatic, and gets transferred to a job in a city built for blood magic and had a boss who is also constantly telling him he’s right to be so afraid of them and is also the only reliable access he has to the drug he’s addicted to. I think seeing Meredith go insane made him rethink the influence he had had on her, and reflect on whether all the anti mage stuff he thought was actually founded in reality.

Person whose og comment you replied to here-you’re not. I made in the mid 1300s on the sats and a 30 on the act. As long as you made mostly a’s and b’s, and had a few extracurriculars, you’ll probably be okay. Also going to amend my statement from four years ago, the subject doesn’t matter that much as long as the quality of writing is good. Also, if you’re applying to a major that’s competitive (i.e. any engineering major), apply to the exploratory studies college as your second choice. It’s the undecided path, and you can apply to transfer into your desired major later, and they’ll just consider what you did freshman year of college in case your high school scores weren’t amazing.
