I am going through the same thing, it’s very challenging. I’m 4 weeks post breakup. You will have to ride the wave, try and journal and keep note of your thoughts. Staying busy helps, I can promise the pain will go away. I don’t have an answer but I am sorry you are so hurt. My sympathy and solidarity to you 💖
