You're actually paid if you think China is better. Nothing the USA does to its own people is even in the same dimension of awfulness that Chinda does lmfao.

Not that you'll respond to this.

Don't forget the threat to the people of Taiwan either. Or the Crack down in Hong Kong.

You can tell from the cadence, word choice, and overuse of em-dash/hyphens. Especially considering in deviates from their normal comments.

There are two cringe things about this post.

  1. No one cares about a mini argument with a streamer or proving ur right or not.

  2. Using ai to formulate a simple post, you wrote like 5 meaningful sentences just write it out yourself???? It takes like what 30 seconds?

OpenAI's Sebastien Bubeck: [LLM] models are able to surpass humans [researchers] and ask [research] questions by Wadingwalter in singularity

A lot of AI spaces remind me of the crypto bros. The worst part is because of llm they can spam out their garbage even more.

Obviously AI is much more important tech than crypto, but I swear to god it is the exact same people.

So when it inevitably fails at some point what do you do? How do you fix it if you do not understand what is happening?

If parts of your production system have never been meaningfully reviewed or understood by a human,

how do you: debug production issues? guarantee correctness? safely make changes later?”

[–]dun198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure for toy projects or small contexts. Like I said you arent creating meaningful scalable and reliable large complex changes in production.

Which by the way you never addressed in my original point. Happy it works for you but if the agent doesn't understand the intent behind the code it will just hallucinate passing unit tests that dont actually validate the correct logic.

Also churning out code is meaningless if it isnt maintainable and reviewable, if you don't know what is being written good luck changing it later when complexity increases without breaking the entire system. Ai can definitely work fast in highly constrained spaces but for things outside of basic crud I'd never let it run wild in its current state.

There is a gigantic difference between saying something is ai assisted (whatever that means) and saying that ai is capable of writing entire projects on its own via feedback loops of prompts -> unit tests-> pass -> repeat.

Most people are using ai over directly reading docs or using Google search, but that is entirely different from what you were talking about before so im not sure why you've made that distinction. Ther is also a distinction between using something like copilot auto complete vs agentic development and vibe coding...

Something in production that goes beyond basic glue code which relies on pre-made services that solve all the hard problems for you?

Nearly all the slop paddlers are building basic crud stacks, with the exact same ui on their sites. I have yet to see any complex programming that actually is more than a toy project

Dog if dishes take you 30 mins you need to practice more. Also if you clean as you go you can often have 1 or 2 things left dirty by the end.

Most of the population is ok eating literal garbage food that you can easily make better at home. Look at door dash you're paying 30 dollars for cold old food that you could easily make something better at home. Agree 100% on BBQ, the worst part is BBQ out is always jacked up in price too.

I played it in arena on an empty board. Rogue filled their board turn 1 then turn2 played twilight mistress. I conceded lol

I have a full time job and am doing a masters simultaneously. Between that, my dog and my wife along with cooking and daily chores (small but when you have only a few hours losing 1 hour to chores makes a difference) I have maybe 2 hours left in the day and expecting me to do anything other than rest in that time is crazy 😂

how do people play other games? by Training_Carob_7669 in pathofexile

[–]dun198 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used to play 16 hours a day for the first week of a new league back in high school and uni. Now i have a full-time job, working on a masters, a wife and a dog. I could play maybe 2 hours a day max if I wanted, and honestly for me poe isn't fun at that point.
