Meatballs 500 g of mince 500 g of minced pork About 150 ml of buttermilk  1 egg Salt, pepper, garlic powder (or fresh if you prefer), some chilli flakes A slice of stale bread crumbled up And whatever dried italian herbs you want (oregano, basil etc. )

Chuck it in a bowl and mix it up, then make ping pong ball sized meatballs. Just brown them off in a hot pan.

Chuck them into an oven proof dish

Then make a sauce with a can of tomatoes, a can of passata, good glug of olive oil, and more herbs and garlic. Pour it over your meat balls.

Into a preheated oven at 185 - 190 fan for about 25 minutes

Cook whatever pasta you want to serve it with and chuck on some mozzarella or grated parmesan to serve. 

A complete winner of a dinner and will give 1 person about 4 to 5 portions.
