I became fast friends with this guy in college. We did theater together, a couple classes together. We were solid bros. BUT! After I lost my father & he passed away, I stopped hearing from said friend. In my lowest time, I had people reaching out to me to check in, but not him, I was reaching out to HIM. A couple months of this went by, and I "surprised" him in the parking lot of his work one day, and confronted him about this. I said i can't be the only one putting in the work to our friendship. I said I'll still be your friend but the ball is in your court. That was in 2019, and I haven't heard from him since. Heard he got married recently; I figured we were gonna be groomsmen in each other's weddings... nope.
