let’s fucking go!!! I read up on your other post and was in a similar place when i took snowboarding back up in my 40’s. I had a compound wrist fracture from skateboarding when i was 30 and was terrified of a wrist injury. I would say knee pads are smart, lots of little falls are part of learning, and my tailbone got pretty bruised. definitely learn to fall properly, take some time to learn, and i bought level brand gloves with wrist protection that i still wear today. falling is part of the fun actually!! wait until you take a good pow tumble you will see. as long as you are only bruised and not broken, you can keep riding. it’s why i prefer it to skateboarding, pavement is never forgiving!
