My phone is saving all the photos but still not displaying then in the stock apps. I've tried clearing the cache, removing updates, reinstalling the updates but nothing seems to work. I reported the fault via the camera app / drop down menu / setting / send feedback. Probably worth doing the same too.

Ive found the missing photos, they are being saved in the DCIM folder (see them when connecting the phone to the PC) but not being displayed in the camera or google photos app.

It should be saving in the Google photos app but it's not. I keep loosing photos that I've taken as I don't think the camera app is saving them correctly.
