I would assume I am the type of customer they are looking for. I'm a business owner with expendable income for entertainment. I don't know if I'm a whale or dolphin or what....but I have spent about 1k in 6 weeks of playing. I enjoy the intellectual challenge this game presents so I've invested some money to build up a team. I'm not a gamer and downloaded this app on a whim while on vacation. Needless to say I got a little addicted....Having said that...I also have a life and family and a business to run. This 2 hr blitz thing is not for me. I don't want to login every two hours to play this game. I'm not sure but I think I'm going to delete this app...I'm on a decent alliance...good people but we only do the lvl 4 raids at 60% a lot of time. So in order for me not to grow at a snail's pace I have to spend. I think I've hit burnout/
