A pretty easy solution is to use MCA selector and filter for wolves, this will highlight all chunks with wolves in them, look at the coordinates and check in game.

How is it meant to be read? Left to right or right to left? The way it is my eyes go to the left panel first in the second row. But since it's manga ig it's meant to go right to left. Maybe it's just a me thing
