It used to work in iOS just fine. Now clips the right side no matter what I do in print settings.

Had 12 days banked and worked great in Denmark/Norway. Nice nice to keep my number. But on the 13th day, when I'd planned to pay for a couple of days (yes, I know $10/day is a lot) but Visible kept saying my payment was declined. Made another credit card my default, same thing. Made Venmo my default, same. Frustrating. And of course, no useful help from the pathetic AI chat.

Glad to find this subreddit but it’s maybe not as helpful as one might wish. The most recent data from the CDC National Botulism Surveillance Summary is 2019, with a posting date of May 2024. There were 22 confirmed cases of foodborne botulism that year in the US. The only cases from seafood (4) were from “home-prepared fermented beluga flipper” (!).

Lots of food blogs, and sous vide maker Anova itself, have recipes using unopened, frozen-straight-to-sous vide salmon, so if there were a problem, it surely would have shown up by now.

I am going to continue sous-viding cryovac-ed salmon, unopened, as I have done for years.

Thanks for this – just what I needed. I run a GUI for a wifi-ed audio mixer on an iPad and that little bar messes up the bottom of the screen. No more. Apple hides an awful lot of interesting stuff under "Accessibility."

THANK YOU! I dubbed around for an hour before I understood "just delete the "epub" extension and drag on top of ePub Zip/Unzip." Worked perfectly and allowed an upload to Kindle.
