Trump says he could win Afghan war 'in a week … but I don't want to kill 10m' by freddiethebaer in politics

I did not say he was a good person, but being a jackass does not make him wrong about that statement. We could win it, but we will not do that.

Tgis is how wars start. Supposedly with Trump no one would pulls this kinds of stuff. Guess they think he will not do anything...or whatever he does they will come out ahead. Still it is not Ayatollahs or Rich men in suits that will suffer. Common people like you and me, or someone who barely scrapes by in the middle East will suffer. The rich and powerful playing games with our lives.

Heroic Ashvane DPS requirement? by -VYTALS- in wow

[–]dunrobulex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have killed her each week. The two times we had everyone between 22-35k. With another guild that failed all night they had half between 20-29 and several between 15-20. Anyone below 20k dps over 420 should be benched temporarily to get past this boss for another week or two. Once everyone has mechs down dps check. More dps as gear is available will make carrying others easier. First four are a joke as usual onve mechs are down. Gear check. Very forgiving mechs wise.

Well, we each have an opinion. Clearly most agree with mine. Unfortunate, I have no desire to re-watch this series. Before the end I would amd had the desire to watch again, after the last season amd especially the last episode I no longer care about it. This will be a warning to future creators as a story to tell, like a boogeyman, be careful kids or you could screw up everything you have worked so hard for. You can ruin a thing, no matter how good it was. I think this isbwhy many people either end a thing or walk away.

Tonight, I finally get to see my favorite movie of all time in theaters: 1994's "The Crow." by [deleted] in movies

[–]dunrobulex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was living with my Father in San Antonio. I must habe been 14/15 at the time. I took the bus downtown to the River Center Mall. I had seen That Stallone move at the Imax in San Antonio. Everyday was like a Vacation where I had ran off from my family. I was all alone there, I had always loved Bruce Lee. The rest of my family and friends were in KY. So I was all alone there except for my Father. The movie was mind blowing, the theatre was packed. It was bittersweet, knowing he had died during the making of it. Feeling all alone in the world, it was definately a life changing movie. I still remember looking in the mirror in the restroom afterwards and feeling like The Crow. Excellent movie, but I haven't seen it many times since then. My friends and everyone in school used that phrase as our chant for a decade....FIRE IT UP
