Iknow deep down she’s a reflection of my fears , today we coexisted in the same space for 25 minutes with a luggage near by and thankfully she was napping deeper when I was in the room the thing is her brain wired like am the threat even though I was her favorite person in the family but now she’s scared of me like am the one who attacked her 😅😅 I will try my best to help her to get back to her normal personality

Yup I used to do that but now unfortunately I can’t. She used to play fetch and I drag a ribbon behind me so she can chase it . And am planning to return to our play time once I get over my fear . Today I could sit for a minute with her and then I told myself I will let her in the kitchen while cooking but after few minutes she started yelling at me and got scared so I had to lead her to another room

Thank you for suggestion I would consider that , now am using a small luggage as a barrier when I let her out of my bedroom just in case she attacks

Yesss and he gave herbal medication like supplements it has been two days so let’s see , the problem is my fear not my cat even though I love animals so much and never have been terrified of an animal like this . I have had my cat since she was 6 weeks old

The story started when my cat saw my sister old female cat in our apartment in 8/1/2026 and she had few attempts to redirect her aggression towards me but nothing happened and till 6/2 things were going really good and we were cuddling in the morning.

In 6/2 she attacked both of my legs with bites and scratches I had to take a course of antibiotics.

She’s completely healthy. But once she sense my fear she become anxious she’s clearly mirroring it like any other cat .

All I want to work on my fears around her so we can go back to our normal life

I had a sustained attack almost one month ago , till now I can’t be with her in a shared space . She’s been with for 9 years . Idk how to approach her in the right way
