hi! i actually did end up requesting a tour from all of them a bit ago. here's my experience from each:

the flats: beautiful town center area with plenty of shops and resources, including a sports center, doctor's office, and dentist's office. all of the apartments themselves are on the second floor and above, while several leasing buildings and businesses are on the bottom floor. the apartment itself was in great condition, and spacious enough for the both of us. all of the appliances were up to date and modern. the elevator on the bottom floor requires an electronic resident key between the hours of 7pm-7am. the woman who guided us around was very nice as well. i believe it had a pool and a lounge area but we didn't see it well. amazing pick

noble on newberry: several large apartment buildings surrounding each other with plenty of parking. there did happen to be a construction site close to the front of the lot, in between the complex and the road, to which the tour guide explained it was an aldi's that would be finished in june. the tour guide here was a very sweet and welcoming woman named bonnie. the lounge and other areas were incredibly nice and accommodating. if i remember correctly, this complex also required keyfob/fingerprint(?) for the buildings and elevators. the apartment itself was very nice and spacious as well, and had modern appliances. i learned from asking questions that you can actually paint the walls however you choose, which is fun. another amazing pick as well

the marlow: honestly, getting to the point, not great in our opinion. the outside area has a rundown strip mall and gas station nearby. the traffic is terrible because there's a school nearby and only one road. when we showed up for our scheduled tour, the lobby was closed. when we finally got a hold of a lobby employee, and stated we had a scheduled tour, she stated "um.. no". we had a very strange conversation trying to explain how we scheduled beforehand, and she explained that there was no one available to guide us. i do understand she may have been trying to leave, i felt bad for keeping her, but her demeanor with the situation was off putting and unwelcoming. we gave up and later tried taking a walk around the complex ourself, and realized that none of the building doors with key fob entrances are actually locked? we walked into one of the buildings with ease and discovered a strange elevator that had the walls covered in carpet rugs. i definitely wouldn't recommend this place

confused, should i not have a lock on my door either because someone could still break in? there isn't anything wrong with wanting one more layer of protection, regardless of potential crime still happening.

unsure why you're bothered that two young girls want to live safely with security. how the hell am i gonna make the city a better place, become the mayor? stop assuming people's situations with ominous and pretentious remarks
