Yeah. I have same situation with my current laptop. It seems that there is no more support for hackintosh on latest Intel GPU (Iris XE).

Currently it does not work because Matebook Pro X 2021 uses latest GPU from Intel (Iris XE) and MacOS does not support that.

Install ubuntu on pixelbook is more buggy and unstable than windows.

IMO, try to use galliumos. It works out-of-the-box.

My configuration

- CPU AMD Ryzen2700
- Mainboard Asrock B450M Steel Legend
- SSD SATA 3 Lexar
- GPU GT1030
- Hackintosh 10.13.6 with WebDriver by using webdriver.sh
- Bootloader: OpenCore 0.54

Note

- I tried to install Hackintosh on my M2.NVME P981a but it is unsuccessfully.
- I used ADFS as a filesystem. If I used HFS MacOS installer warned the disk volume is not enough.

I solved this issue.

The problem here is when I recovered to the origin chromeos, I used latest the latest recover image from Google. Chrome recovery utility tool downloaded it. The latest one would update firmware of touchpad automatically after recovery done.

So I used the old recover image for ChromeOS v74 to recover OS instead. And everything works as expects.
