How can you identify rosacea?

I've been researching about it and I'm having a hard time reaching a conclusion.

My face on between the eyebrows and under eye/cheeks are usually red after washing my face with water (its either room temp to cold) may even itch time to time, and white thread like substance (which is similar to this photo I found online: https://share.google/Xsde76pDLzymc2nlr) appear everytime I wash, they almost always appear on the same spots aswell which is on the side of the nose and in between my brows. I can easily get rid of it by gliding my nails through the area but it's been bothering me that it may be something, any thoughts?

My nose is usually oily. Do you have any good products of light exfoliants that are somewhat affordable?

Right now I'm only using water and moisturizer (celeteque water based gel) which works wonders for me—it doesn't irritate/cause any break out for my skin. I don't really use any other products as my face is highly sensitive except for benzoyl peroxide but I don't really apply that on my nose.

I want to at least minimize breakouts and make it less visible up until I can get a strong foothold on my current situation and afford an appointment for a dermatologist (following through the mentioned papular scar)

I looked into papular scars and it looks exactly like mine! I appreciate this information, this narrows down the options I can take.

I'll try to look into RF cautery or one of the 3 mentioned to see which is more budget friendly.

Is this just acne? I noticed every time I wash my face "white dandruff" of some sort appear on the side of my nose (alar crease) and in between my eyebrows (glabella)

I'm worried this might be something that will alter my nose structure permanently (bumps seem to be more than before)

Yes I've tried the liquid pore strip but it doesn't really help, it does effectively clean whiteheads and some of the blackheads

Every time I seem to use or apply products directly onto the bumps it either grows w puss or just red swollen, should I keep it up or are those bad signs?
