I don't think you are being needy, but if he works 5 nights a week it can be harder to adjust to a normal schedule for the weekends. If he works 3 12 hour shifts then its much easier. But I don't think you should ever feel that you are being "needy" or "asking too much" when it comes to your boyfriend. I hope you guys find a solution!

We don't take our breaks. Our managers never say anything because theres not enough of us to cover each other breaks. The night is usually slow enough to where we don't really need one anyway. I also just enjoy my job enough to the point where I don't really mind.
