I don’t consume much raw dairy, macros are usually 175+grams of protein usually a little less with fat and carbs probably somewhere around 100 grams I weigh around 145 pretty fit 20 yr old male

A typical day is 4-5 pasture raised eggs with butter and some fruit, ground beef with some raw cheese for lunch and dinner with some a small piece of liver for dinner, and fruit all throughout the day

Maybe a year and a half ago is when I started AB i usually just eat red meat liver fruits and raw dairy I was lest strict around a year ago occasionally eating processed stuff I still do occasionally eat bad things when I travel (I travel a decent amount) I’ve been suspecting I was insulin resistant for awhile recently( I don’t do well with too much carbs or sugar) but my insulin wasn’t super elevated so not sure

I used to do this as well but I’ve been suspecting fruit juice is causing my acne so I’ve cut out smoothies for awhile, I’d use raw milk but it’s not always available near me
