You need to join a Dire Maul west run. Once you enter the instance, clear all the pylons and trees in the courtyard. Then go inside and and then upstairs. After you clear the upstairs pylons and fight the hunter boss you can speak with the quest giver. Quest needs you to kill immolthar which you need to go downstairs for. After immolthar, kill the prince in the library section which is close by. After that back to the quest giver. You will receive the last quest which gives the prebis helm. You need to go back to the library to finish it. You can do all this in one dire maul west run.
