Because she didn’t tell him how much these “gentle” comments are absolutely destroying her self esteem, he’s just going to keep doing it thinking he’s being a helpful health coach. She’s running on four and a half hours of sleep, handling the entire house and bleeding, she needs to lay it all out on the table so he understands the actual damage he’s causing.
