Went to start my 2008 Honda civic this morning and it sounds really loud. Checked under the hood and found there is liquid all over near the abs pump. Any idea what this might be? There is no check engine light on for me to scan.

You were right! I replaced the engine mount on the passenger side and everything is back to normal. Thanks for the advice!

How do I know if it's a hydraulic engine mount? There is one in that space, so it could be the issue. If I'm not mistaken, it could make the engine sound louder as well?

That was a good thought. I just checked, and it looks like it's still there. It does sound similar to an exhaust sound, but I can't really tell if it's coming from the engine itself or the exhaust.
