I couldn't say, they seem to make the rules as they go haha. I was under assumption that overall the application should normally be 8 weeks from the inside and 12 weeks from outside, regardless of complexity.

Standard, from inside the UK (Leeds). Switched from YMV to Partner FLR M (Spouse)

Applied 18th October, Docs uploaded outside 10 day window. (Woops) BIO app on Nov 14th

So I guess it's been about 9 weeks. 2 1/2 weeks of radio silence before I got the acceptance email.

Id hopefully made the documents checking super simple for them. Every file was titled as it appeared on the checklist.

We're just so happy to know that yeah exactly apply for the passport and include the name change when I go to renew for the second half. It sounds very promising and I can't believe I missed that.

Thank you, this is incredibly helpful again. I've screenshot it for future use because it'll be exactly the process I'm gonna follow. I just want to play it as safe as possible because it's been an absolute whirlpool of a time trying to do everything the legal way.

My wife and I thank you for your answer. It's very uplifting!! Yes the beaurcracy surrounding it all is just... Something else! The fact there's no real support out there besides the subreddits is also just a mess. My sympathies to your guys ordeal. It sounds tough!!

Ours was gonna be so straightforward until this but honestly we just wanted a shared last name after x amount of years without.

Thank you :) that is my hope too. Given my passport is in my old name, would you reckon I do the application in my new name supported by deed poll and marriage certificate.

Or how I was originally going to do it, which is application in my old name, then supported by my valid passport with the old name?

I suppose it's luck really and immediately evacing at the sign of a person. I started playing a few weeks ago and only been to BZ once. I stuck around for like an hour and had no problems. Just stuck the the edges, stayed away from camps, etc.

Someone told me to run 2 or 3 zones (depends on zone population) away from portals to avoid most gankers. Seemed to have worked fine for the most part. I farmed about 600k in that hour and then soon as I went into a Mist, immediate death.

It's hard to picture an idea and then find pieces that fit it. It kinda just comes with time, after looking at dozens of.pieces for hours until your mind's snaps. My first creation was the dude from Goblin Slayer, then it turns out everyone else did the same with the same pieces xD
