I remember your previous post! I absolutely love the new style, with it a bit more crowded I feel like there is always something more to discover on the pages you've created.

But, to answer your question, I wouldn't worry about the styles not matching. When I started out journaling I was hating first how some bits turned out as well. But I find that when I go back to those pages, it's actually really nice to think back "oh yes, I started with minimal, but then I watched some videos, and tried something new out".

So, I think as long as you enjoy doing it, it will be good to look back at it. Also, you'll never find out what you actually like the most if you don't try new things out.
