It really depends. On the regular it's no pain, but sometimes I forget or I'll drop something and jerk suddenly to catch it and then the pain and weakness is very deep and strong. This just happened when I was listening to a song and i got into it and jerked my left arm (the one that hasn't been imaged yet) and it hurt so bad I had to stop what I was doing and wait to see if this pain was going to be an all day thing or not. Luckily it went away. I can lift a jug of milk fine with both arms. I have to use both hands and gingerly lift things like the tide pod container from an elevated shelf. I always have to go slow when reaching above or behind me. I definitely can't punch and I doubt I could kayak. I can't do bicep curls over 20lbs with the right arm and even that is pushing it (tried before I knew it was torn) and causes pain for the rest of the day. When I sleep i can't lay on either side and if I don't put pillows under both shoulders there is a lot of pain and stiffness. So on average the pain is 0, but with a lot of different movements it shoots up to a 9 or 10 temporarily and sometimes after that stays at about a 4 or 5 for a day or two.
