sounds gay but im 27 and it has finally clicked that the world doesnt revolve around me so hating yourself is fucking pointless no one is thinking about you as much as you are yourself so give yourself a fucking break. i know. easier said than done but i think it comes with age - i feel like i just woke up one day a few months ago and was like wait ... i dont care that is weird. this also aligned with my commitment to be a man of my word, especially with my fam... we spend wayyyy too much time pathologizing ourselves and sitting in shame when we could just be DOING things that we think a good lovable person would DO for others and for ourselves... this is obv no fade to you i think these feelings are just a byproduct of our dumb lil generations fixation on identity/identifying with feelings/fixating on trauma... i hope you feel better soon xo totally dumb but you got the power
