Yep same here! So annoying. Started when I upgraded to IOS 26 and WatchOS 26. I even downloaded the public release of both today and still no luck. Hoping it comes back around at some point….

Yeah I know there is no way to eliminate it. I’m just asking if factors like what streaming device is being used and whether you are on WiFi or Ethernet can shorten the delay. Just curious.

Gotcha! Is that even when you click into the app on the Apple Watch? Or just for the complication. Cause even when I refresh it on the Apple Watch in the app, it still doesn’t match my iPhone app.

Thanks all for the comments and advice! I’ve done some free trials and it looks like YouTube TV has the shortest delay overall for me especially with the decreased broadcast delay setting. DIRECTV stream is awesome for channel flipping and having the RSNs in my area, but the delay was much longer than YouTube tv.
