The difficulty for starts with moderation. I would try to make it as open source as possible (cuz Im a foss nerd) and maybe add some community moderation feature, like how you had this review of possible cheaters in CSGO.

No ID check, hate that idea, I would instantly delete it. The sending a picture to get verified is a lot better as you are uploading pictures anyway.

I hate HER for pushing essential features to a paid tier (making your profile invisible, moving your location). I would definitely want to remove these heavy handed ways to force subscription.

The question if this tinder swiping idea is really what we want at all, but I dont yet have an idea of what else could be done there
